Stax recently announced a strategic investment by Blue Point Capital Partners which will fuel a new chapter of growth in key areas across the firm including the expansion of our IT efforts. To support our accelerated growth, Stax is expanding our IT team and the new Business Systems Analyst will play an integral role in this growth.
A Business Systems Analyst plays a vital role within the firm and is presented with tremendous opportunities for professional development and personal growth. As the Business Systems Analyst, your role will be to help the organization continuously identify opportunities for improvement, design (with the internal client) and implement the improvement strategies. The Business Systems Analyst helps guide the business in improving processes, products, services, and software through data analysis. You will straddle the line between IT and the business to help bridge the gap and improve efficiency. The Business Systems Analyst partners closely with employees from all levels at Stax to analyze processes, generate requirements, and execute projects to meet those requirements. You will conduct full project lifecycle and application ownership including gathering requirements, planning activities, and design. You will be the voice of the user in guiding improvements in systems and processes.
