As the data analyst, your role will be to help the organization continuously identify opportunities for improvement. You will design (with the internal client) and implement data solutions that will
drive improvement strategies. Between the growth of the firm and the pace of change with new technologies, this position will be critical at Stax, and invaluable to the success of our people and the organization as a whole. As such the data analyst plays a vital role within the firm and is presented with tremendous opportunities for professional development and personal growth. During your time at Stax, you’ll consistently face intellectually challenging projects in support of our Executive Leadership team and work closely with financial planning, marketing, and business development. You will have exposure to our CEO, President, and COO.

The Data Analyst will conduct full lifecycle analysis including gathering requirements, planning activities, and design. Data Analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control to identify improvements.
