Stax recently announced a strategic investment by Blue Point Capital Partners which will fuel a new chapter of growth in key areas across the firm including expanding our recruitment and talent development efforts. To support our accelerated growth, Stax is expanding our marketing team and the new Employer Brand Marketing Senior Associate will play an integral role in this growth.

Responsibilities

This is an exciting and new opportunity at Stax. In this role, you will help us expand the Stax marketing function to help scale our ability to drive strategic recruitment marketing campaigns as we rapidly expand our consulting team. The Employer Brand Marketing Senior Associate will be responsible for creating and delivering the strategy to attract, engage, and support the candidate pipeline for Stax’s talent needs. This will include creating and distributing content across our social accounts, recruitment, and strategic job posting campaigns. The role will be based in our Chicago office location.

 

  • Partner with our HR Talent Acquisition team and business leaders to understand their hiring needs and challenges to support the talent acquisition process, drive brand awareness, and attract candidates.
  • Develop talent channels and engage potential candidates by optimizing our current channels, researching emerging channels, and placing an emphasis on channels that will support our DEI strategy.
  • Create marketing and social media strategies aligned to recruitment, diversity strategies, and recruiting pipeline development across the full spectrum of the candidate journey.
  • Create, maintain, and track paid advertising to reach candidates throughout the recruitment funnel. Analyze and report on campaign performance to determine ROI, constantly evaluating success and revising plans as needed.
  • Stay on top of trends in the recruitment marketing space, and proactively offer recommendations, constantly identifying opportunities to improve.
  • Generate engaging employee-related content that showcases our employer brand and reflects what it’s like to work at Stax.
  • Research and coordinate third-party events, sponsorships, and calendars related to talent acquisition and current DEI initiatives to increase brand awareness and support our recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should have 3-5 years in a digital-focused marketing role, background in talent, HR, or recruitment marketing a plus.
  • Experience developing and executing strategic recruitment marketing campaigns to target specific candidate personas using omni-channel tactics (paid and organic) - digital media, social, email, etc.
  • Proficient in HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong skillset with social networking; history of participation as a marketer in social networking channels such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Knowledge of and passion for recruiting and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives is a plus.
  • Work collaboratively on teams and consult effectively and independently with all levels of the organization.
  • Must be detail oriented, self-directed, excellent follow-through, and the ability to multi-task.
  • Bachelor's degree in recruitment marketing, employer branding, marketing, human resources, or equivalent work-related experience.
